Why do I have to give you my credit card information?
We collect your information solely for insurance purposes; your card will not be charged unless there is a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service. We do not charge for appointments in advance, and your information remains confidential.
Why is there a 24 hour cancellation policy?
Our policy is designed to safeguard our business and our employees. We value your time and kindly request the same consideration in return. While we recognize that some situations are unavoidable, please note that a no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee. For same-day cancellations, a fee of $50 will be charged. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All product sales, service charges, and model fees are final. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise, discounted and donated gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
